Making Every Donor Feel Special!

Lyric Opera of Chicago has a special way of making every donor feel valued and appreciated through individual, personalized communications. We created Lyric’s annual donor communications package for just that purpose. Each donor receives a thank you letter, a personalized Member Card and special benefits appropriate to their level of contribution. Member Cards and benefit coupons encourage connection and engagement with Lyric, and all are invited to visit and redeem benefits using Lyric’s exclusive Online Patron Center.
